✅ Acceptance and Scope
These terms apply to the Pricify Chat WhatsApp bot, the pricify.chat website and web dashboard, and the Pricify Links Android app ("the App"), together called the "Service". The Service is operated by Hello Chitty AI Solutions (founder: Anil Kumar Komma), Hyderabad, India. By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
🎂 Who Can Use It
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You must give accurate information when you create an account.
🔧 Our Service
Pricify Chat is a free WhatsApp bot and companion website that compares product prices across online marketplaces and sends price drop alerts. The Pricify Links app lets you share an Instagram post or reel and get back the product link or links shown in it. The Service is provided free of charge. A paid plan with higher limits may be introduced in the future and will always be optional.
📲 The Pricify Links App
- You can send an Instagram link by sharing it to the App, pasting it into the App, or using the optional floating icon.
- Product links are found using our own records, automated matching and our contributors (people who work with us and match a post to a product). Some results are instant and some take a few minutes. Some posts have no product, and we will tell you when that is the case.
- You can save reels (a link, or a video you choose to share) under categories you create. Your saved reels are private to your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details and sign-in codes private and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.
- We may send notifications about your results. You can turn these off in your phone's settings.
- We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App for your own personal use, subject to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or sublicense it, except where the law says you may.
🔵 The Floating Icon
- The floating icon is optional and off by default. You turn it on and off in the App's Profile tab.
- When you tap it, it reads the Instagram link you last copied and sends it to us to find its product link. It accepts a single Instagram link only; anything else is refused.
- It needs Android's "Display over other apps" permission. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
- It can cover part of the screen of the app underneath. You can move it, close its result card, or turn it off whenever you like.

👤 Acceptable Use
- Use the Service for personal price comparison and shopping purposes
- Only send us Instagram links that are public or that you have the right to share. Do not send links to private or illegal content.
- Do not upload or share videos or other content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to share and save
- Do not attempt to automate, scrape, spam, overload, probe or abuse the bot, the App, our servers or the web dashboard
- Do not submit false "wrong information" reports, and do not try to get around limits on reports or tracked products
- Do not try to access another person's account or data, or use the Service to harass, deceive or impersonate anyone
- Do not use the Service in any way that violates WhatsApp's or Instagram's own terms, or Meta's Business Messaging Policy
🎞️ Content You Send Us
You keep ownership of the links, videos and other content you send. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, including showing the Instagram link and its preview to our contributors so they can find the product. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law. If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, write to us at the address below and we will look into it.
🎯 Accuracy of Results and Reporting Mistakes
Product links in the App are found by people and automated systems, and may be wrong, incomplete, out of stock or no longer available. A post may show a product that looks similar to the one we return. Always check the product on the store's page before you buy. If a result looks wrong, use the "Wrong information" option in the App so we can recheck it. The number of reports each user can send is limited, and we may decide the outcome of a recheck at our discretion.
🔔 Price Drop Alerts
When you track a product, we recheck its price roughly once every 24 hours. We will message you once when a genuine drop or target price is reached, and then pause that alert. You can re-enable it anytime from your dashboard or by messaging us. The number of products you can track at once is limited on the free plan; staying active daily can unlock additional slots.
💰 Affiliate Links & Pricing Accuracy
Some buy links we provide, on WhatsApp, on the website and in the App, are affiliate links. If you purchase through one of these links, Pricify may earn a commission from the store at no extra cost to you. Prices are fetched in real time from third-party sources and can change at any moment. Always confirm the final price on the store's own checkout page before completing a purchase. We are not responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies on third-party marketplaces, or for the products, delivery, refunds or service of the stores you buy from.
🔐 Your Account
When you set a price drop alert on WhatsApp, we automatically create a web dashboard account linked to your WhatsApp number so you can review tracked products from a browser. You can reset your password anytime by messaging forgot password on WhatsApp. In the App you can reset your password with the "Forgot your password?" option, or sign in with a code sent to your WhatsApp number.
🗑️ Deleting Your Account
You can delete your Pricify Links account at any time from the App (Profile → Delete account), on the web at pricify.chat/delete-account, or by emailing us as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent. What is deleted and what we keep, and for how long, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
⛔ Suspension and Ending Your Access
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may limit, suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you break these terms, misuse the Service, put it or other users at risk, or if we must do so by law. We may also change, pause or stop parts of the Service. If we end your access for a reason other than your breach, we will tell you where we reasonably can.
🏷️ Third Parties and Trademarks
Pricify Chat and the Pricify Links app are independent. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, WhatsApp, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra or any other store or platform we mention. All trademarks belong to their owners. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. If you get the App through Google Play, Google Play's own terms also apply to your download.
©️ Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including the App, the bot, the website, our logo, design, text and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These terms do not give you any ownership of it.
⚠️ Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Pricify Chat and the Pricify Links app are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep prices, results and alerts accurate and timely, but we do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that any result is correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a missed alert, delayed message or notification, an incorrect or missing product link, a price change on a third-party store, or a purchase you make through a link. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
📝 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, tell you in the App, on the website or on WhatsApp. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
⚖️ Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
