- Your WhatsApp number and display name, when you message our bot
- The product names, links, and searches you send us, so we can find and compare prices
- Products you choose to track, along with the target price you set, so we can send price drop alerts
- Basic usage data (which commands you use, how often), so we can keep the bot working reliably
- If you create a web dashboard account: an email address (optional) and a password, stored securely
We do not collect data from Instagram or any social platform â Pricify Chat operates only through WhatsApp and our website.

- To search for and compare product prices on your behalf
- To check tracked prices every 24 hours and send you a WhatsApp message when one drops or hits your target
- To generate your web dashboard so you can review tracked products and price history
- To improve the accuracy and speed of the bot
đ Third-Party Services We Use
- WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta): to send and receive your messages
- Price data providers: to fetch live prices and price history from online stores
- Affiliate partners: some buy links redirect through verified affiliate programs; these partners may see that a click came from Pricify Chat, but we do not share your WhatsApp number or personal details with them
- Google Cloud / Firestore: to securely store your tracked products and account data

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encrypted storage and access controls. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
đī¸ Your Choices
You can remove any tracked product at any time by sending remove followed by the product number, or by using the toggle on your web dashboard. You can request full deletion of your data by emailing us at anilkumar@hellochitty.com.
đļ Children's Privacy
Pricify Chat is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
